Bailey Hill Named Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Capitol Influence

At the December 2025 Board Meeting, Ms. Bailey Hill was named Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Hill Family Foundation. She will also serve as a foundation Board Member on all applicable matters. Bailey has a background in mental health, behavior analysis, engineering, artificial intelligence, project management, acquisition, operations, and more. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, researching support for clinicians in treating post-traumatic stress disorder.

This month, Bailey Hill met with congressional leaders representing North Alabama (Dale Strong) to discuss mental health initiatives within the community. Through her conversations she was able to advocate for strengthening mental health resources and advancing policies to support our nation. She has been invited to testify on these topics before the United States Congress upon completing her Ph.D.
